Can't stop taking money

So I get Vitality and proceed to inform Virgin Active that I have it and that I would like to link it, this was in January. After talking on whatsapp and going to the club on multiple occasions no one helps me. The best I got was that someone will reach out to me the next day, and still nothing happens. So I proceed to cancel the membership based on this, after 5 months of zero assistance. I call head office and give them notice that I want to cancel and the reason. Just to see that there is still a debit order going off for membership fees. Absolutely zero care for their clients, with a sole focus purely on milking their clients as much as possible
