Cant get through to the customer care Centre

I was debited more than I should have been debited - I have been trying to call the call centre . I was caller number 5 then jumped back to caller number 15 . This has happened 5 times . They have an option for them to call you back but no-one does !!!!! You service VA is extremely disappointing
