Cant cancel membership even for a medical reason!!!

<p>i have been trying to cancel my membership as i have a heart condition and im going to have my ICD implant replaced and have been instructed by the specialist to not go to gym. however according to virgin active i cant cancel my contract and if i do so i need to pay cancellation fees. i dont think this is fair!</p> <p> </p> <p>i need someone who can assist me urgently as im not prepared to pay a lump sum of cancellation fees</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
