Can't be bothered

I went to sign up my baby yesterday and spoke to the salesperson. I had called beforehand so I had all the required documentation ready. Then he tells me he needs my Vitality number and without it he can't sign me up. So while I was still thinking about a plan to get my Vitality number he just walked away to sign up his wife...and then went home.
