Can't be a Virgin after they *****ed me so hard

4 years ago I cancelled my gym membership. Last year, I received an email saying Virgin would be billing me again after lockdown. I then checked and saw that I had been billed for 4 years after cancelling. I asked Virgin to refund me and they simply ignore my mail.
