Cannot get my kids cards to work
It is insane that after several attempts to get my kids cards to work at Virgin active parklands I give up. They have somehow managed to cancel and reactive and cancel again my daughters card for the V club and no matter what I do thy cannot fix it after complaining every visit. I am so so annoyed because I get billed every month no problem
