Cannot get monthly contract cancelled despite confirmation.

NEVER take a Contract Here - You cannot get it cancelled. The coerced my daughter into a discounted Gym contract in Potch for 3 months. I only asked one question, "will it result in an automatic conversion to a full contract" the answer was "NO" We have been trying for months now to get it cancelled (did not even ask for refunds) despite promises and mails that it has been cancelled they just debit every month.
