Cancelling Virgin Active membership - Mission Impossible !!!!!!

Since January 2021, I have been calling Virgin Active to cancel my gym membership. I have called the call centre numerous times and noone picks up the phone. I ended up selecting the option for them to call me back. I have even sent emails to requesting the cancellation but still no feedback.
