Cancelled membership

*****ulent activity- cancelled my membership in December and was advised that the money I owed for the cancellation would be divided into 2 months. 2 months later, I get an sms saying that I owe them money. The call center is not helpful and advise you on incorrect information, was told I owe a pro-rata because of a missed payment but there was no missed payment. Im so glad I cancelled their membership. Wow.
