Cancelled Membership

I cancelled my membership. Every time I call the call centre, the call is dropped, and I have to call back only for it to happen again. My contract ended on the 31/07/2025. Nowhere on the websites FAQ or on the contract does it state that I have to cancel 21 days prior. The website says if you cancel before the end date, you will be charged a penalty. It is just conflicting information from your website and agents. When I called to cancel my membership, I was told it was cancelled and didn't owe anything, only to be told on a call that I owe R1300 and my cancellation was only submitted on 02/09/2025. and when try to sort it out the phone get put down in your ear. I will never use this service and recommend that no one make use of the service. They are quick and bend over backwards to sign you up, but after sales service is pathetic
