Cancelled Contract Yet I Still Owe!!!

<p>Virgin Active gym, great equipment, great atmosphere yet it has the worst payment terms!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it that my contract period ended and i went into the branch to cancel but months later i am called by MBD INc saying that my virgin account is in arrears which i completely refuse to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin Active staff should stop making mistakes and placing the burden on the client. We are your customers can you stop giving us ****ty service when it comes to accounts. MBD calls me every week telling me i owe R2000+ rand! For what??? a service i dont even use?! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin Active, sort out your mess and stop harrassing customers that dont gym with you anymore!</p>
