Cancelled Contact and Bad Debt Status, One Call?
So, I travel.. ALOT for business.. Virgin Active earlier this year called me and stated they would no longer be taking payments from my Credit Card.. No Problem. I told the woman on the phone that I would try make a plan as soon as I physically could to get into the Club (Because they refused to allow me to make a EFT?!) to do a payment and update my bank details.. However, it has not been possible till now.

When I went into there Club today I was told I owe X amount. Happy to pay it the woman said that my contract had been cancelled by the gym in march but I still owe them money till current month. Then if I wanted to start gym again I would have to pay that, PLUS and the EXORBITANT joining fee once again... I am very sorry but do I have idiot written across my forehead?

I have been a Loyal client of theirs and a avid supporter even with the MANY competitors that are up and coming. If they refuse to sort this out even when I was willing to pay.. I am not willing to remain their client. I shall go else where.
Thank you for taking my call this morning.
I would like to apologize for you not receiving the full details of how our cancellation process works and the poor service quality received by us.
I am, however, very glad that we have been able to work together to come to an amicable solution to your concern.
As discussed I will continue our communication through email.
I thank you for your understanding and patience in this regard.
Regards
Chris M
