Cancellation - Pathetic service

Contract Cancellations - I have emails dating back to 2019 where I asked for contracts to be cancelled. No one responds on email yet Virgin Active is very quick to call to threaten with debt collection. So Greg at the call centre or wherever you are from - get your facts and ducks in a row before you start getting an attitude on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I mentioned in my email. Virgin you will be seen shortly on Carte Blanche - this has now just gone too far.
