Cancellation of membership

Hi

I am disapointed with the Virgin Actives sevisces i wanted to cancel my membership with and i cant pay the canellation fee its to much and i only get R1500 because i am a SASSA Grant recipient so i when to my Virgin Active where and i called the help line then they want me to pay R1900 to cancel my membership but i cant i have rent to pay and grocerys to i am stuck can someon please help like a big boss from Virgin Active please i am disabled and had brain surgery and can't continue paying for a membership im not using and cant pay the huge cancellation free whqt do i do? The Virgin Active in overport berea are so unhelpful.
