Cancellation of contract is ignored! Plus overcharged last month

hi there, my id # *** Hubby id *** I have tried calling now over 4 times to cancel my membership 1st attempt 2 months ago I was promised 2 months at half price, however they billed me the full amount on the 2nd month I called again on the 2 June TO CANCEL my contract with VIRGIN ACTIVE and spoke to Sanele Dlama -she said the system was down as they had encountered some major breakdown in their databased and someone would call me back to confirm my 2 queries ie 1.) over charge and 2.)to cancel my subscription

3 weeks later and no one has called me back!!!!

tried again today to call numerous times and the calls just go dead after you are transferred to the cancellation dept. Ironically the SALES DEPT is up and running and they answer my calls but I get disconnected when I get transferred to the cancellation dept.

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICES VIRGIN ACTIVE!
