Cancellation nightmare with Virgin Active

The service provision from Virgin Active leaves a lot to be desired. After terminating my contract with them in July, I continue to get phone calls from them every third day about exciting new packages. More frustrating is the cancellation that I did at the branch in Bryanston which seems to still not have been captured (October) resulting in them sending me emails upon emails about payment. Numerous phone calls and the matter continues.
