Cancellation Letter

I have been begging and pleading for virgin active to send me a cancellation letter since end of July. I spoke to Kyle who told me to write an email requesting that letter and i have spoken to 5 more people who tell me to do the same damn thing and i still have not received that letter which was supposed to take only hours and I am sitting at 2 months now!!! This is appalling
