Cancellation issues - VA is a ****!!!!!

Virgin Active is the ultimate deception. Despite my contract expiring in March 2024, they continued withdrawing money from my account. When I contacted them in early May to terminate my membership, they assured me it was done, only to find out they deducted funds again in April. I strongly advise against dealing with such a ********* company!
