Cancellation & Horrible Customer Service

Honestly, cancelling my gym memberships here was such a horrific experience I would advise not joining the gym just not to go through the cancellation process.

The company itself is just ill equipped, managed and out rightly the customer service is so shocking that I think dealing with Eskom or Telcom is more preferable than trying to deal with virgin actives customer support. The phone line never works, just goes dead and when you try to cancel on the phone line it automatically ends the call.

I wish anyone who joins the gym good luck trying to cancel - with hidden transaction fees, cancellation fees and over charging for services its just a nightmare.
