Cancellation fer

I went to the gym on Saturday to only find put that the South Gate Branch has been closed. I was never notified of this.

I called Virgin Active to cancel my member ship as there are no other branches closer to our area.i was advised that I will pay a cancellation fee of R750 but I feel this is not fair as this is not my fault that my preferred branch had been closed.
