cancellation

I joined virgin active under the false advertising that i will be awarded sneakers on joining ,then later the sales person told me he was joking and that if he has to get me sneakers it would come out of his salary .well my stupidity i joined and received a bag package, thereafter he said he was joking again .<br> <br> I cancelled and was told i would forfeit the 50 rand i understood it was admin charges ,i was then contacted by the sales man kagiso telling me that i need to bring the bag back , i told him what about my admin fee he hung up on me .i received a missed call from Lynnette who is the manager there she confirmed i will be receiving my R50 back i told her head office confirmed i wont and she then said she will make necessary inquiries so i can be refunded the 50 rand .i don't mind returning the bag pack but i will need them to collect it from my workplace if they can arrange it here and not at my home.i cannot get hold of Lynnette anymore since she also hung up the call on me ...i need the bag pack collected from my workplace someone call me and make arrangements
