Cancellation

<p>Virgin active is so helpful when you activate a membership but very rude when you don't want the membership anymore! The consultant told me it is a 12 month contract but I am still being debitted after the contract has ended you can see on your damn systems that I don't even go to gym but you still you continue taking my money and then have the nerve to tell me that I am in errears and have to pay after I have sent numerous emails to cancel the memembership you all full of nonsense you have cost me bank charges and then expect me to pay </p>
