Canceled membership but still paying!

I canceled my membership in Aug 2020, spoken to Dale Coert and he assured me over the phone that my account has been canceled and I will be refunded for the debit order that went off in September. October goes by and I'm still deducted a fee for my spouse and I, tried to email Dale and call through but no response, I have looked this morning and I am still being charged via debit order. I don't know how such a big company with an owner who I love reading about has such *********** staff and a system that is failing. This is ******* and needs to stop, how many others has this been done to.
