Canceled classes

Virgin Active- Hatfield They decided to cancel classes that had most black attendance only because they they didn’t have many people in winter , when we ask why they canceled they say they are performing poorly, While there are classes that have not been canceled and they always have 3 white woman , I am failing to understand what is poor performance?
