Cancelation of membership

Since beginning of April, I have been trying to cancel my membership. I tried contacting the customer service and the the club but I couldn't get through. I only managed to visit the club end of April and I was advised of the system being hacked so they can't assist with canceling the membership. I was given a number to contact but no success. I nolonger want this membership as unemployed and unable to pay. The service that I received when trying to cancel the membership was extremely unprofessional
