Cancelation of contract

Very poor service and communication when canceling a contract. We have given them notice, well over a months notice, nobody replies to their emails, even after we asked to send us how they calculate their cancelation fees and get to their totals. We also asked to not phone us again and rather communicate with us in writing on email, they refuse to do that and keep phoning daily. Why do they not want to put anything in writing?????? Eddie keep asking them to phone me, they say they will but never do. They are unprofessional and unorganized and all we want to do is resolve this contract!!
