Cancelation nightmare

January I canceled my subscription with Virgin ACTIVE. After I was with them for more than 5years with my kid. I was told to pay a penalty fee for early termination, and on a Monday it was debit. The next month they debit, I keep quiet, the details again. I called them then they said no I must not cancel keep the membership running at a low cost of R25, I said no cancel. Now they said I owe them, for what they can't even explain. Every concultant has their story and different amounts
