Cancelation as per Virgin active management

I was handed over to the lawyers office? As this was supposed to be canceled on the 23rd of march 2025 due to the close of the gym at riverside nelspruit as I was assured it was canceled by Mohammed with no cancelation fees or what so ever now im still getting harassed by sms and phone calls
