Cancelation

I've been trying to cancel my membership since January this year year with no luck, but who ever I spoke to just said it's OK yet I keep on getting debit order notifications with different Ref numbers. The bank is charging me for all those and you won't refund me. I'll join again when I feel like it, don't be desperate to get clients by *****ing their money after canceling their membership.

Mid June they promise to attend yet nothing happened, I was told in 48hrs it will be resolved but as always they lie. ***********, useless, unreliable.
