I have been struggling with virgin active since the cyber attack fiasco to date, I think their attitude is because they don't have competition. their system is SHEET STREET clients at the gyms are complaining of how they cant keep up now. if my matter not resolved virgin active is gonna loose me, and kindly refund me my monies.
