Can not complain about the service because there is no service!

Customer service is pathetic, i joined the Gym during a promotion where vouchers was promised , the vouchers was sent out by the 15th, till today i have not received any voucher , or any feedback from all the consultants and team leaders that i have spoken to . Not informing the client is pathetic. I have made countless efforts to sort this out, called head office held on for more than 10 min on more than 6 occasions . I have never experienced anything like this. Virgin active have forgotten all about their values. Heartfelt service? Straight up? We give a ****? It seems to be non existent.
