Can Anyone Read at Virgin Active?

I have requested on a number of occasions to cancel my debit order for Virgin Active as I am now under debt review. Virgin Active is one of the accounts under my debt review. And still, my account is being debited each month and the fees for unpaid debit orders are raking up each month.

Now my questions is, when is Virgin Active going to follow my instructions/request and cancel the debit order? And are they going to pay all the fees for the unpaid debit orders because they can't read an instruction?
