CAMERAS are not working at Virgin Active Berea,
On Monday (9 February) I was training on a Treadmill in the morning around 515 am. The heart rate monitor that I was utilizing has a transmitter attached to a chest strap. Whilst on the Treadmill it came off and fell to the ground. I distinctly heard it hit the wooden floor. After my run I checked for it. Low and Behold, to my amazement it was no where to be found in the vicinity of the treadmill nor surrounding equipment. I looked high and low. I reported it to the front desk hoping that some one may have returned it there, sadly it was not the case. In the evening I returned to the gym and still nothing. I then requested the Manager to review the video recordings of the morning. He took down my details and said he will revert back to once he has completed his investigations. This morning I get to the gym and he informs me that ''I have some bad news, the cameras are not working\. SO! a company like Virgin Active have individuals who are reactive rather than proactive. Should the manager be aware of his faulty camera's? So assuming he checked on Tuesday and discovered this
