Calls from Debt Collection Agency after cancellation

I wouldnt lie and say that my training at Virgin Active was bad. There were some issues but they were manageable. I have cancelled my membership in April 2023 and I get a call from a debt collection agency that I owe 86 ZAR. Eight months after the cancellation. I was not informed of the due. There was no debit order. There was no phone call. There was no mail. Imagine being called by a debt collection agency for 86 ZAR when all your finances are in order.
