Calls, emails and visits, and STILL they won't cancel.
The company's inability to cancel a contract is SHOCKING. This is not mere incompetence. Nor is it stupidity. This is active, deliberate mismanagement in order to take my funds month after month. The fact that when I Googled Hello Peter, 'Virgin Active' was the first suggestion is not a coincidence. And when I ask others the same stories are heard again and again. It is totally unacceptable.

30 Oct 2021, 13:20SUCCESS! I went to the gym with a sign reading "Virgin Active won't cancel my contract. Can you help?". That got the ball rolling. The staff (as always) were really nice, and I was really nice back, and they cancelled the contract straight away. I am now awaiting proof that they will also refund the monies owing... if not, I know what to do.
