Virgin active is the absolute worst. I have called head office numerous times to sort out my account. They continuously promise to get a supervisor to contact me. I have reference numbers which they suddenly can't seem to find. I was told that I canceled vitality but I haven't. Then Virgin active proceeds to try debit my account for a huge amount, after calling them the call centre agent gives me a three month discount but now head office has no record of that call. Virgin active is absolutely *********** and this after I was injured by one of their trainers in the meyersdal facility Shame on you Virgin active!!!!
