call center is a waste of time and money

I change my banking details. I make time to call in and change the account. promised all is well... feb march and april still not correct.. i have to call 4 times. and still nog resolved. we should start demanding a minth free or soemthing. as we follow the steps and they dont come to table with customer service at all
