Call Center Agents Complaint

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the professionalism of the call center agents. Recently, I was speaking to an agent about my daughter’s membership when they abruptly hung up on me. On another occasion, I politely requested that they investigate an issue and review a previous conversation, but they failed to follow through. This is unacceptable, as I’m the one who will ultimately have to pay for their mistakes
