Bunch of *******.

After posting a couple of weeks ago, I received a response from Virgin Active that they are in agreement that I am due a refund from them as they should not have debited me. I followed up NUMEROUS times as to when I will receive my refund. ZERO response. I have now been debited once again. Not only are they a bunch of *******, but their customer service is worse than Eskom and Home Affairs ... IT DOES NOT EXIST.
