Bullying Incident poorly handled - Virgin Active Eagle Canyon

I was bul**** at Virgin Active Eagle Canyon on 23/05/2021 which I reported to Jonas and was promised video footage will be viewed and Sandra will revert. On 26/05/2021 I followed up as nobody got back to me and spoke to Palesa for feedback as nobody got back to me. She escalated. Bullying and harassment have very negative impact on mental health. I have been struggling to sleep as I am having nightmares and have not went to gym ever since the incident. I have not been coping ever since.

What further traumatised me as a victim of bullying was when the manager Sandra called me with no empathy and a very combative approach. She remined me how she is using her own personal cellphone and airtime. The tone of her voice remained combative and defensive during the call. She highlighted how I am repeating myself and wasting her airtime and said I should call her back rather. I then made her aware that she comes across as irate which she admitted and continued. I was left feeling helpless and am considering cancelling my member. I have been with Virgin Active for only 2 months and regretting ever joining.
