Bullying and ************

i was bul**** at the Virgin Active Gym at Eastgate on the 14th of October 2022 by an old woman, she harassed me whilst naked in the steam room.

When i asked for the management there, they came in and did nothing. they proceeded to ignore my complaint and i decided NO, i will open a case against this woman. when the police arrived at the Gym ,Lindiwe the manager on call asked that i don't go ahead and open a case against this woman as they were unaware that it was that serious. They asked me to provide a statement of the incident and till today Virgin Active has done nothing, everyone there has ignored this case and i even went straight to head office to complain and they advised that their escalation process doesn't need to go to the Regional Manager, one guy even asked to meet up with me to resolve the issue without involving management. I i refused as i see that there is a cover up that they are planning. I am so unsafe at that Gym, there are bullies everywhere! We cannot use some machines because there's "owners", we cannot go to the gym to relax because someone either owns a chair, equipment or spot . when we complain they never involve us in the process instead they want to do it silently so no one notices and you are back being bul**** again. i am sick and tired of people bullying and intimidating us at that Gym ,it is so sad that till today no one there has given me feedback.

my next step after the countless emails, is to go back to that police station, open a case and go to court to get a restraining order against that woman. Virgin Active then, will be forced to release her details, so the police could serve her right there at the gym!
