Bullying and ************** of foreigners.
I joined virgin active in 2013 and all was great and my fitness journey was smooth sailing until the new manager arrived.
My first encounter with was him telling me I can't stretch my gym partner as it's against the rules. Which I obliged.
Few months down the line. I was called into the office and was pretty much harassed and accused of performing ******* personal training.
In his words\ you can't correct your friend/partner/family 'a exercise technique even if they are doing it wrong."
Cos it's against the rules.
The latest encounter was last week when after a bootcamp session I and a couple of friends were resting and catching up in the studio. He came up and asked us to leave the studio because we were disturbing no one. According to him. It's against the rules.
This was the back breaking straw as I've had enough. I've cancelled my contract with virgin active.
Thank you for ur impact in my fitness journey.
My parting questions now are. Is there any other unwritten rules apart from those stated in the rules and regulation leaflet provided when we were signing up? And why does these unwritten rules applies only when foreigners are concerned? We're paying members after all. """
