Bryan Park - Poor service from sales team

Highly annoyed with what was said to me when signing up, I signed up in October 2022 and was told by Fifi at the Bryan Park branch that I would get 3 months free going forward forgetting to mention the Ts&Cs surrounding this - I was supposed to get Jan, Feb & March off however have not got 1 single month free! Never mind not getting a gym bag on sign up as promised too... would not recommend the Bryan Park branch AT ALL!!!!
