Broken promises but no action

VIRGIN ACTIVE – FREEZING OF MEMBERSHIP NUMBER: *** After numerous telephonic conversations regarding my daughter not able to visit the gym due to the fact that she has to reside at home (Hoedspruit) and no longer stays in Potch due to Covid, and broken promises about paying back her R415 per month, we have received nothing. Not even communication even after sending a mail through to *** on the 17th of November. To date, I have had no feedback regarding this issue.
