Broken Machines and poorly managed facilities

We have been using the Virgin Active on Malibongwe Randburg for quite some time, three of their four leg extension machines have been broken for months now. Due to our work routine, the only time during the week we can make it to the gym is between 5 pm and 6 pm which is a peak period at the gym, any time after that is too late as I start work at 6 am. Our experience has been nothing but frustrating as the only working leg extension machine is always not available (People also just sit on the machines and never use them) and the three broken machines have not been fixed. We pay a lot of money for our membership and we wonder where the money is going if not on the maintenance machines.
