Broken Equipment

I would like to understand why the Westville Virgin Active has had equipment broken and not fixed for almost a year. Covid hit and understandable that business came to halt which in turn would make getting the required parts needed for required parts difficult. a year on an the machines are broken e.g the Smith Machine has been out of order and there are only 2 which makes training more difficult when machines are not operational.

Kindly can this be addressed as members pays a premium for the use of these facilities and Westville is one of the flagship centres
