Broken equipment

Hi Team Please can the equipment at virgin active waterfall be urgently reviewed many broken machines and supplier or vendor problems.Gym manager says sent e-mails thats not good enough please can this matter urgently be reviewed by senior management from vingin active.Paints a bad picture from waterfall branch.I have many pictures of the broken equipment.
