Broken Equipment

Virgin Active, Lorraine in Port Elizabeth has a serious issue with their broken equipment. I would like to specifically refer to the Spinning Bikes in the Cycle Room. Over 50% of the bikes are broken and the other 49% have serious issues that make for an unpleasant cycle! Why is this club "waiting for parts"? The bikes are incredibly old and outdated!

Gym fees are high and we can't utilize all of the equipment!

There are plenty other issues maintenance issues that also need to be addressed, such as the state of the seating in the ladies change room, water fountains that are out of order, the emergency button in the cycle room that is also out of order, just to name a few.

Please sort this club out!
