Brilliance at its best - Tiziano Papini (Mr T) at Virgin Active Sunningdale

I've experienced various encounters with Sales Consultants who, some, are amazing at getting you to sign up for a service / product but thereafter, the service is pathetic. I logged a complaint a few months ago about a Virgin Active Sales Consultant at this very same club, who signed me up & I experienced issues afterwards but it was Tiziano Papini (Mr T) who came to my issue's rescue. As a salesperson, who wasn't getting any commission from assisting me, he provided me with such an amazing service experience & his levels of knowledge applicable to his line of work are so sound. I've had 5 encounters with him in the last 6 months & every encounter, he consistently displays kindness, willingness, knowledge & passion. Tiziano is the epitome of what a sales & service specialist should be!
