Bridge of contract

My son started with the gym in Feb 2022 and I joined in March 2023 so Virgin Active combined the debit order which is R680. Every time my son goes to the gym, he gets reminded that his account is in arrears. I called Virgin Active head office to check this out and I was told it was an error from their side, my account is up to date. They figured out there was a faulty blocker ...and will take it up with their IT to remove it ASAP. Today, 16 June, I got a bank notification of a debit order from Virgin Active of R880. Mind you I get debited monthly on the 25th the amount of R680.
